Research assistantship in the department of Industrial Engineering, Arizona State University

Professor Jing Li at the department of Industrial Engineering, Arizona State University, is seeking applicants for doctoral-level graduate research assistantship in the area of quality engineering, applied statistics, and data mining.

The IE department in ASU has been ranked the 18th by the U.S. News & World Report for consecutive years. The Quality and Reliability Engineering group in the department has been widely recognized as one of the strongest groups in the nature and worldwide.

The applicants is expected to graduate in 2009 with a Bachelor or Master records in statistics/mathematics courses, and strong interests in applied statistics and data mining.
