[Electrical E][Computer E] PhD (Wayne State University, USA)


Dr. Mark Cheng is seeking two highly motivated PhD students to fill the positions of GRA/GTA in his laboratory at Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Wayne State University, starting Spring 2009 or fall 2009.

Dr. Cheng’s research focus on integration of nanomaterials into multifunctional devices for the heath care and energy harvesting. Most of the fabrication and system integration will be conducted at the state-of-art cleanroom facility at the Center for Smart Sensors and Integrated Microsystems (http://www.ssim.eng.wayne.edu/).

Prospective candidates should have a solid academic record, creative thinking and hands on experiments skills in microfabrication, physics or related area.
