Description:
Prof. Ming Han is seeking one or two highly motivated Ph.D. students in optical sensors and photonic microdevices. Available research projects include optical physical sensors under harsh environment, optical biosensors, optical microresonators, and microlasers. Sucessful candidates will work under a multidisciplinary enviroment and have access to state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications: Propesctive candiates should have a solid academic record and research experiences in optics, electrical engineering, physics, or related areas. Hands-on experitment skills and creative thinking are higly appreciated. Ph.D. candidates are prefered. However, outstanding M.S. applicants will also be considered.
